- Closed July 1, 2024, 2pm-11pm
- Canada Day Event.
- Frontenac Road, Matawatchan, from Matawatchan Hall to Matawatchan Road at Quackenbush
- Closed July 1, 2024, 8am-10am
- Canada Day 5km FunRun Event.

Exciting things happening this year for Celebrating Canada Day in Greater Madawaska!
Start off with Canada Day Celebrations and the Matawachan Hall 70th Anniversary Celebrations on Saturday June 29 at 12pm-5pm, at the Matawatchan Hall, 1677 Frontenac Road, Matawatchan.
On Monday July 1, take part in the 5K & 1K FunRun in Matawatchan at 8am, at the Matawatchan Hall, 1677 Frontenac Road, Matawatchan.

The Canada Day Committee is selling T-Shirts. They will be available at the Calabogie Canada Day Event on July 1. But why wait! Get yours ahead of time, Friday evenings outside Charbonneau's Store 3pm-6pm and Saturdays at the Calabogie Market 10am-2pm. $20 each.
